Coloring page Klejek Uses a Leaf Umbrella
Klejek stands calmly in the pouring rain, sheltering beneath a huge leaf with clearly defined veins. A dark cloud hangs overhead, sending down teardrop-shaped raindrops, but he stays dry and happy. He looks ahead with a gentle smile, showing little ones that even gloomy weather can’t spoil his good mood. His signature tie hangs straight down his chest as he firmly grips the long stem of his leafy umbrella.
This printable coloring page is a fun activity for kids on rainy days indoors. The scene shows children a creative way to use something from nature as shelter from the weather. It also helps little ones feel more comfortable with rain and appreciate the wonders of the forest. Coloring the evenly shaped raindrops in the background encourages careful strokes and builds fine motor skills. Did you know that some leaves have a special waxy coating that lets water roll off without soaking the surface? Try dark green and bright lime green to bring this leafy shelter to life. Soft wax crayons are a great choice for filling in the cloud’s large, smooth spaces.
