Coloring page Little Wolf Cub on a Log

A young wolf carefully crosses a fallen tree above a babbling stream in this connect-the-dots scene. Its fluffy tail is raised, and its alert ears point toward the dense forest in the background. Clumps of grass and tiny plants surround the log, outlined by dots ready to connect. The cub’s lively pose captures its agility and curiosity about the world. Each paw rests firmly on the tree’s rough bark, bringing this woodland scene to life.

This art activity is a fun addition to lessons about forest animals and their habitats. Tracing the outlines helps build concentration and encourages children to find the next number in sequence. This coloring page invites creative experiments with nature-inspired colors on a rainy afternoon. The printable activity is a great way for kids to practice their skills while exploring woodland wildlife. Fallen logs form natural bridges for forest creatures both large and small. Try dark brown and olive green to give the log the look of weathered wood. Fine-tip markers work well for filling in the tiny leaves and details of the cub’s fur.
