Coloring page B Is for Balloon With Teddy

A large letter B stands beside a hot air balloon floating among the clouds. A smiling teddy bear sits in the basket with one paw raised, beneath the balloon’s tall, striped envelope. Simple outlines and plenty of wide-open spaces make it easy to focus on the letter, the bear, and the balloon. The caption below reads “B is for Balloon,” tying the picture to its alphabet theme.

This printable activity is a handy choice for kids waiting for a meal at a restaurant with a parent or sibling. The letter and caption help children connect B with a familiar picture and practice recognizing the alphabet. This coloring page makes the connection between a letter, a word, and an illustration easy to understand. The clear layout also gives teachers and caregivers a starting point for talking about shapes, clouds, and balloon parts. The basket is where passengers ride during a flight. Brown and yellow are good choices for its woven pattern, helping it stand out from the large balloon above. Crayons or fine-tip markers work well for filling the spaces, and children can use alternating colors for the balloon’s stripes.

This simple activity is designed for little ones.
