Coloring page Kitten by the Pot and Butterfly
A large kitten sits on the windowsill, gazing at a butterfly fluttering near its head. It has round eyes, a small nose, long whiskers, and distinct ears. On the right, there’s a pot with several flowers and leaves, while on the left, a simple window frame is visible. The entire scene features clear outlines, making it easy to focus on the kitten and the plant beside it.
In school, this coloring page is perfect for spring art classes, where kids work at tables and practice carefully filling in shapes. The drawing supports hand-eye coordination and recognition of elements like a cat, butterfly, flower, and leaf. It’s a printable for kids who love animals and simple scenes with a clear foreground. Teachers can also use this illustration to discuss observing details and naming parts of the illustration. The pot organizes the plant and helps keep the stems and leaves in one place. It’s worth coloring the pot in brown and beige, as its wide rim and simple shape look good in a calm combination. Crayons will highlight the outlines well, and gentle pencil shading will add depth to the fur and petals.
